You should get a check with the doctor because it may be having some infection building up this why cannot be really very sure about it so once you get a check with the doctor they will advise you with the ointment that you need to apply on this that is going to be helpfulWrite Your Answer Here

It’s all normal
No need to worry
Give adequate feeding
Massaging regularly may help
Do tummy time and cycling movement of legs regularly it also help baby to make muscle stronger and to reduce gas and constipation
