Q.
My 4 months 19 days old baby has urinated only 4 times in last 24 hours. It's quite hot in here though. He hasn't urinate this less ever. I'm a bit worried. what to do?

please breastfeed your child as per his or her needs
ensure that your child get enough milk.
dress your child in loose fitting Cotton clothes
keep your child in well vantileted room
maintain good hygiene
