If baby is passing urine minimum 6-8 times per day.
Don't give so much importance to motion unless blood in motion or bad smelling motion.
Consistently green stools in the breastfed baby can indicate an imbalance of foremilk/hindmilk,
often resulting in frothy green stools. ... Teething can also bring about green stools due to increased saliva.
A lot of green vegetables or something with green food coloring in mom's diet also cause green colour motion in baby.

If the mother eats green leafy vegetables like spinach or capsicum, babies can have green stools then too. Unless and until, the stools are not too watery with a foul smell, there is nothing to worry about. These green coloured stools resolve on their own.
