Q.

My 4 month old’s paediatrician has asked me to take iron supplements as she is not is a position to take it directly. Can someone suggest what should I take? Is folvite 5mg good enough? Or is there any supplement which is good for both mother and baby?

A. if the baby is having less hemoglobin definitely it is the baby who needs to take iron the quantity of iron present in breast milk will be very less to meet the requirements of the baby
