my baby is breastfeeding only he has pooped black spots in his poop he had s not taking any iron supplements pls tell me is it normal

Dr GhouseGuardian of 3 children4 years agoA. the baby is 3 months of age and baby is and mothers breastfeeding so there is no need to worry about the black spots in the stool of the baby baby cannot have any infection
