my 4 month old is dehydrated. what should I give him other than feeding breast milk.?

You cannot give anything else that they said it’s only going to be the feeling that you are giving yes maximum you can check with your doctor if they advise you then you can start with formula feeding because this way you will be able to include certain good amount of water as well and I think that is going to be helpful in reducing down the problem of dehydration
