Hello doctor my son is 4 months old. He is on complete breast feeding. Other than breast milk what other food I can give him? pls tell me. I will be grateful to u for this help thanks a lot

Hi, There is no need to give any food except your breastmilk till 6 month as mother's milk is complete food and infact no need of giving water also because mother's milk contains more than 80% water in it and it is easily digestible also. Please continue breastfeeding till 6 month exclusively and don't forget to burp after every feed. Start giving semi solid and solid food once baby completes 6 month
