My 4 month old baby is just 5.2 kg. She is exclusively breastfeed. Though she is an active baby still feels like her weight is less than babies of her age. What should i do to increase her weight

A. The weight gain of the child is good if the child as per the age and that’s good for the age and no worries for the same and if needed u can check as per the birth weight it should b abt. 500 gm in a month on top of the birth weight so u can proceed accordingly
