My 4 month old baby boy got heat rashes can u plz suggest what to do.

POOJA KOTHARIMom of a 8 yr 5 m old boy5 months agoA. Heat rashes in a 4-month-old baby are common due to excessive sweating and warm weather. Keep your baby in a cool, well-ventilated room and dress him in light, breathable cotton clothes. Avoid overdressing and keep the skin dry. You can gently wipe the affected area with a soft, damp cloth and allow it to air dry. Avoid using creams or oils, as they can block pores. A lukewarm bath with mild baby soap can help soothe the skin. If the rashes worsen or cause discomfort, consult a pediatrician for proper treatment.
