my 4 month baby is pooping after every feed....almost 6 to 8 times and the consistency is sometimes watery and slimy. We have consulted her pediatrician and completed her course. is this consistency normal for exclusively breastfed babies? please help

A. loose motion may be because of either some infection there couldg be loss of water and electrolytes so a proper hydration is required give ORS anddf also give probiotic like enterogermina two times 3 day
