my 8 days old baby started mother's milk and his pooping 4 time in hrs and it looks like seedy watery , almost like a consistency of diarreha. is this normal ??

Initially This is very common with kids but still if you think that this is too much seedy and all then there is no harm in getting it checked with the doctor because that were you let me be very sure about it but in initial days like a one month to kind of initial one month it is completely considered normal
