shreya goelMom of a 7 yr 6 m old boy4 years agoA. Hello mom Babies don’t pass a stool for many days and sometimes babies don’t pass a stool for more than seven days and it is also considered normal. This is all because babies are total your mother’s milk and there is very less waste left in their stomach to poop out. You should make some changes in your diet plan because babies digestion totally depends on mother’s diet
