Q.

my 4 and 1/2 month son fall from 2 feet of height to the surface , he has drank a milk after falling he vomite. there is no injury in head, plz suggest I need to go to doctor or it is ok, just worries bez he felled on head

A. baby needs observation at least for 2 dayfor further advice in this regard it is advisable to consult your doctor for physical examination and if there is need to do investigations also then only proper treatment can be given

A. If your baby appears uninjured and is acting normally after a fall from a bed, it's likely they're A-OK. If you have any concerns, call your doctor and ask what symptoms you might watch for and for how long. In the meantime, remember squirmy and rolling babies can move fast

Q. My 7 month baby fall from height of 1.8 feet and hit the head..cried for some time..there was swelling above right ear..after 10 mins, he was playful, then slept..The next day the swelling has completely gone. There was no vomiting or unconscious.. Still we took to doctor..he examined and said there is no external injury. Then, fifth day from the fall, he vomitted once. After that no vomiting till now..It's 10 days now from the day he fell.. Should I worry of any internal injury?
