my 4.5 year old baby girl is having some congestion which is leading to difficulty while breathing sometime and she tries to breath from mouth. what should we do and is their any medicine or drops which i can use.

give plenty of feeds , adequate rest to the baby.
indirect steam , hot water bath will also help.
consult your paediatrician if baby is feeding less, excessively drowsy or if cold increases.
post illness babies might be cranky , irritable.
nose block congestion also result in loss of appetite, difficult sucking. try different head up feeding position.
feed by spoon otherwise.
Maintain hygiene.
if bottle feeding, maintain sterility as its a common source of infections.
