My 4.5 year child suffer recurrent fever after 22 days with 101.2 nd last fever till 3-4 days nd right now after 22 days agin it’s happen with chills any concern nd can I give agin agin paracetamol with 6 hrs interval are there any side effects or issues pls suggest what should I do other wise no any other symptoms she play normal

There can be a high possibility that your child is probably suffering with viral which is why the fever is repeating like this it’s not very good to continue with paracetamol like this all the time so I think it would be best that you consult your doctor and get a blood test done for your child
