Q.
My 4.5 nonth old baby is having green color watery poop 5 to 6 times for the past 2 days. It is sometimes having mucus like thing and sometimes milk residues is this normal or sny issue

If you can see mucus also into that area then there can be 1% chance that your child may be having stomach infection but I cannot be sure about it so you’ll have to get it examined by the doctor on a personal level to understand as to what could possibly be the issue was on that basis only the treatment can be suggested for the childWrite Your Answer Here
