#asktheexpert My 4.5 month old baby is having green color watery poop 5 to 6 times per day for the past 2 days. It is sometimes having mucus like thing and sometimes milk residues. Is this normal or any issue

Don't worry about green stools because it is very commonly seen if your baby is having mild cold and cough or drinks formula milk. Moreover the consistency and the frequency of stool matters more than the colour.
