my 4.5 month old baby is 9 Kg with birth weight 3.8 Kg and exclusively breastfed

A. Still your child is little overweight but that’s okay since you’re very clearly stated that your child is only taking exclusive breastfeeding on that basis if I look at the weight of your child and that’s completely alright there’s absolutely no problem in that case
