Q.

my 4.4 year baby boy always want something sweet to eat....so what is the best replacement of sweet....so that his teeth don't affect n his craving for sweet also got satisfied?

A. fruits are best options for kids who love sweets. fresh as well as dry fruits. both are good . offer more liquids and fruits to improve appetite and digestion too

A. Go. For dates or something or you can make a snack bar at home which is full of dry fruits and you can add sweetness with the help of dates or jaggery to it because that’s going to be a better option and it is going to meet the expectations of the sweet tooth of your child as well
