My 3yrs kid feeling restless during nights and is getting fever what would be the reason

A. it may be due ti seasonal variation .For fever paracetamol can be given to baby 3 to 4 times in a day and steam along with any cough syrup like ascoril can be given to baby 3 times in a day . But if any difficulty then consult near by doctor .
