Q.

My 3yr old is getting rashes and too much dried skin only on both the legs below the knees and he starts scratching it. It's like rashes there now.. What can be applied to get rid from it.

A. hello you can massage babies can using your cold compress virgin coconut oil or use mild n gentle babies skin care product which is made of natural ingredient and chemical free like babyhug which can maintain the skin hydration and keep skin soft and smooth
