My 3year 10month old sometime rubbing one eye and he is saying something is in eye but there is nothing there

A. Sometimes it’s not necessary that we can see that thing maybe just a small pimple that is there which is not clearly visible to you when you look at it so check with your doctor will put some medicine to clear what is the situation and according to advise you
