my 3rd month baby got red spot in his diaper while urine is it serious..? do we need to consult a doctor

Red spot could b due to blood in the urine but I cannot b sure about it so better to get a unine test for the child and that’s going to clear the pic what’s the situation and that is how u can b more clear and if there is a genuine issue then they can treat it better r
