my 3n half year old son was playing eating well and suddenly he got fever..no any other symptoms fever cold nothing... someone please help i gave him paracetamol..is it normal to get fever suddenly?

Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 6 m old boy2 years agoA. yes your history tells us that the child is suffering from viral fever and in viral fever you have to give only symptomatic treatment that is for fever have to give paracetamol(max 4 times per day if needed) and plenty of water to drink and at least 60 to 70% of the regular diet and if the fevers continues beyond 3 days then meet the doctor please do body sponge that is body wiping to decrease the body temperature with wet cotton cloth.

Consult your child’s doctor for evaluation and advice. Serve your child healthy foods in cute Babyhug stainless steel bowls and plates to encourage healthy eating
