My 3months old baby hair looks like he has dandruff and he itches his hair frequently.Is it a concern? can u plz suggest

Cradle cap It is it is not dandruff it’s normal with a child after their birth they go off on their own by the age of 5 to 6 months otherwise if you have decided to get your child’s head shaved off at any point of time later then it is definitely going to go after that completely
