my 3month old child is having nasal and throat block, due to COVID. he does not have fever now. what are the remedies?

Children. . . show predominantly upper respiratory tract infection likr fever, runny nose, throat pain, body ache , dry cough.
It is recommended to wear a mask regardless of the vaccination status and maintain social distancing. use of sanitizer is recommended .
