my 3month old baby is underweight how can I increase her weight

A. Hello mom regular breast feeding is required and you can take a healthy and filling meals can be taken before baby feed time and massage your breast well after every feed and keep Yourself hydrated. Check the weight of baby as per his birth certificate monthly gain is about 300 GMs to 1 kg and then by the age of 4 to 6 months they double it . If the Baby been a preterm then they tend to gain weight on a slow pace as compared to full term baby
