also have small quantity e of food but more frequently along with adequate water intake

Now your third and final trimester of pregnancy is going on so the only thing you have to do is maintain a proper diet. If you don’t have any medical pregnancy history then you should walk properly it will help at the time of delivery. Rather than this maintain a diet because baby will gain weight very fast.
