my 34 week is going and i have very bad itching in my palms any one knows why this occurs? is this a Matter of concern ? please reply

Keeping your child's fingernails cut short.
Dressing your child in loose, light, cotton clothing.Not letting her get overheated since sweating will likely make her itch more.
Taking cool or lukewarm showers or baths and avoiding hot water.Keeping her distracted.
Not allowing her skin to get overly dry.
