my 33days old boy has weight 3.4 he has at birth tme 2.991 just increased 400g it is normal?? he is under both breast feed nd formal a nanpro stage 1... he is after breast feed i fell down he again cry so i giving formal also..... nd i have feel low breast milk....weight gain is normal r not.......

Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 4 m old boy3 years agoA. in first six months the minimum weight gain should be 500 mg per month and it can go up to 1 kg per month also.
the urine output should be more than 6 to 7 times per day. the child should sleep after taking feeding.
meet the doctor for weight assessmfent.
if the above criteria is achieved then the child is having adequate milk intake.
if the growth of tche child is proper there is no need to worry about the sleeping pattern/ feeding as well as the stool frequency of the child
