Q.
My baby girl is 4 month old she is not gaining weight and height also? What should I give her any tonic? I am giving her nan pro 1 and breast feed both …at the time of birth her weight is 2900

babies weight gain depends on their birth weight
usually they gain 250 to 500g per month,so first ensure that your child gains enough weight or not.
give plenty of breastfeeds
avoid giving formula
feed your child on each breast at least 20 minutes so your child can get full fat hindmilk well which help to increase your child weight
give Gentle massage with Babyhug massage oil everyday.
