my 31 week urine report shows urine infection (mild) in the report of pregnancy, is there anything serious?

I’m sometimes didn’t infection can happen but if it is mild than it is not a problem it can very well be taken care with medicines or if needed some antibiotics but please maintain proper hygiene for yourself and check with the gynaecologist for treatment
