Q.

My 3 years old daughter is so scared about dark. She is also shouting in her dream and waking up. She is always talking about monsters. Even though we explained her lot She is not believing us and thinking they are real and coming to her. What to do now pls anyone help us. we are so worried

A. So you first need to find out from where is your child learning all this where the monsters exist they come in the dark and all because your child is either watching something on television or listening to somebody that is why they your child is full of these things which is very unhealthy for the total brain growth of the child so slowly what you do is you go into a dark room and show it to your child see nothing happened there is no monster it’s our room it’s our house you know so slowly you as a mother or a father have to help your child to get over this fear

Q. #asktheexpert My baby boy is 2 months old. Since 2 weeks, his sleep pattern has become so difficult to handle. He just doesn’t want to sleep and keeps on waking up every 10-15 minutes. When he is exhausted then also he sleeps in lap only and as soon as we put him down, he wakes up and start crying.
