Q.

my 3 years old boy complains of leg cramps/ache every night since almost a week. is it growing pain or some deficiency, what supplements are suggested and what medicine should I give to reduce pain. Currently I give ibujesic at times to ease out pain.

A. there are multiple causes of limb pain during this age because it can be normal due to growth zpain. it can also occur due to nutritional deficiency mainly vitamin d, vitamin b12 iron and calcium deficiency. if there is excessive playful activity by the child during the daytime it is but obvious that during the night time there might be limb pain. if the limbs arez paining without any activity then yes medical examination and treatment will be required
