my 3 years 9 months old son don't want to have food... he runs away or excused us.. how to get him interested in eating by his own?

A. hi parent give her probiotics , soups and seasonal fruits take sunbathing daily with her head and ears covered in the morning use simply purified water having tds higher than the 350 avoid maida and processed food
