My 3 year son has red rashes on his body and on face rashes are more. What should I do??

Neelam ChinnappaMom of a 7 yr 5 m old boy4 years agoA. thank you for reaching out to us with this question please check if there is any recent change in product that you may have used and you can stop using that once the rashes inside you can get back to the original product that you're using additional reasons the weather is changing please wish you a moisturizing this can at least two to three times a day once the rational subside
