My 3 year old daughters lips are very dry and it’s pealing ; she is not dehydrated ; is there anything I can do for this ;

A. hi it is normal to get it in winter. I would suggest to apply Babyhug lip balm or thin layer of ghee on it yes keep your child well hydrated.
