my 3 year old child suffering form fever from last night 1 gave 3 times paracetamol in a day but sometimes fever is coming or going and temp is more than 100 so paracetamol is enough or any antibiotics is needed for fever

A. no problem you can repeat paracetamol every 6 hourly and do cold sponging if needed Fever is the response of the body against foreign infection like virus bacteria etc no need to use any medicines unless the temperature is more than hundred degrees
