My 3 year old boy is having a very hard stool, and is afraid of going to toilet for reliving. Any suggestion

Give a tool softener after consulting the doctor that is going to be helpful along with that you should give more of liquids and fibre in the diet apply some castor oil in the navel and give prune juice in the night before sleeping and start the day with a glass of warm water
