my 3 year old baby girl have tonsil on right side.. please suggest any home remidy

make sure your child takes lots of fluids and get plenty of rest .
if swallowing hurts , serve liquids and soft food items.
for example
you can give fruits pulp or soup or juice , fruits smoothie, milkshake etc
salt water gargling is also good in this.
