my 3 year girl does very tight potty with difficulty. since months? what should I do?

A. yes this is so for. Constipation or hard stools is quite common in baby age group and so know that as it requires dietary change. Give plenty of water to baby and also include high fibre diet items like suji , dalia etc green leafy vegetables and fruits in the baby diet.
