My 3 year daughter skin colour gets dull and she looses her body weight and fat … is it worry her height is 110 cm should i worry for her weight

As this is happening it seems she is getting nutrient deficet ,
but need to be diagnoised first to get a clarification on it
How is her diet been offlate?
As it is quite essential that the diet should include foods from various food groups
