You can add full cream cows milk, eggs, meat if non vegetarian, potatoes and all diary products like butter, curd, ghee, cheese, paneer etc. Add dry fruits and nuts like almonds, pistachios, cashew, walnut, fig, dates in the child's regular diet. They will help to increase weight. You can try this for complexion. Give her oil massage before bathing. Use a mixture of gram flour(home made) and turmeric powder (pure one) instead of soap while bathing. But before using it for her full body do a patch test for one of two days by applying in one small area of her body and see if there is any allergic reaction.
