my 3 year 2 month bete ko raat ko 100.2 morning 102 fever hai khana nhi kha raha hai. school me jana shuru kiya ki bimar pdne lagta hai... kya karu ki bimar kam hi pade

A. it might be due to stomach infection.pani ki Patti rkhe or doc se consult Kare vo antibiotics or fever ki medicine denge
