My 3 y 8 month son had fever since last 3 days.now he is refuse to eat food & fluids.he have bubble like wounds in his inner mouth.plzz suggest

Dr. Vaibhav jainFather of a 5 yr 9 m old girl4 years agoA. baby is three years old and is having wound inside mouth that means baby is having ulcers you have to give syrup A2Z to your baby or you can give syrup polybion 5 ml and see a doctor

I suggest you please consult with your pediatrician about this matter because physical examination of child is important for proper diagnosis and treatment
please keep your child well hydrated with more liquid diet
