My 3 N half yr boy is constipated all the time he eats fruits n vegetables too but n pooped regularly. Kindly suggest me what should I do?

A. dear mom. do offer him fiber rich good. .feed luke warm water fir better digesion and also allow him some outdoor physical activity to strenten digesion. o. k
