My 3 months old has developed some rashes/ acne on forehead and face. He keeps rubbing his face and he’s unable to sleep properly because of itching Please suggest something

A. the seems to be skin allergy and not the rashes it will be better if you try to check once with the doctor who will give the medication post examination the baby and will give some oral and also application medication
