My 3 months old baby used to tilt his neck left side..However sometimes he turns his neck straight or right..but mostly he keeps in left side.. I used pillows also bt It's not too effective. Please suggest

A. Then you can prefer using a hollow pillow for the child that would be a better option with which the child is going to keep its head straight as it is meant to be and still if you feel that the child is his head towards one side then you can consult your doctor
