my 3 months old baby have fever his head only heat what to do

Fever is when the temperature of the body goes above 99 degree fahrenheit and the safest medicine in such situation is paracetamol which can be repeated after 6 hours again if required in a proper dose . Alternative medicine can also be trieded if required like ibuprofen and mefenamic acid preparations.
cold sponging of the whole body with tap water can be beneficial too to bring the temperature down .

Have Taken the temperature with thermometer if it is 99° fahrenheit plus then you can give Calpol to your child as of now but if it is below 99° then don’t give any medicine because below 99 is very much normal temperatures of first take a temperature with thermometer
