my 3 months old baby girl's weight is 4.5 kgs. she was 2.6 kgs when born. is this weight okay? or she is underweight. also she spit up alot, even after burping she's spitting up milk.

A. It is a weight gain for approximately 1900 g as of now which is very very good we normally expect a minimum weight gain of about 400 g to half KG and if your child is gaining that then your child is Giri absolutely good
